Kitepower is on a mission to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable world by harnessing the power of airborne wind energy. Founded as a spin-out of Delft University of Technology, we are developing our first commercial system to power farms, construction sites, remote islands and off-grid communities with renewable airborne wind energy.

We are looking for a multitalented and hands-on intern to join our Operations team based in Delft. The operations team is responsible for ensuring the running of a R&D site in Ireland as well as the daily operations during the upcoming Beta test period in the Netherlands. The latter is of particular importance as we gear up towards commercializing our first product, the Hawk Kite BESS (Kite Battery Energy Storage System). You will have a challenging internship learning the ins and outs of an airborne wind energy system which will complement your academic knowledge and gain valuable work experience.
